When calculating tube length does the jscalc include enough overhang to mount the electronics by default or does one have to take those into consideration manually?
Thanks!June 4, 2019 at 2:02 pm #102506
I recently used it to cut mine and it’s exactly enough length if you’re looking at the table dimensions as you play with it. There’s no butt end on the tubes when they’re clamped in.June 4, 2019 at 4:41 pm #102512

The screen gets zip tied to the Z stepper, and the electronics usually get screwed to the side plate, no tubes involved, usually (but could be possible…Barry…).June 4, 2019 at 7:45 pm #102532
I could have sworn you had the lcd mounted to the tubes. Proof is really hard to come by right now for some unrelated reason…June 4, 2019 at 7:51 pm #102533
