I’m about to build a table for the Lowrider CNC and had a couple of question.  The table is for a 48×96 area.  I know I have to make the table width 56 and length 111.  What are the Rails the calculator is talking about?  are those the stainless steel pieces that connect each set of rollers together?

Also what is the tolerance on those, does it need to be exactly 58.89?

    Respectfully,
    Josh

That makes sense, What is everybody using to keep the piece of wood/foam in place?

Oh, so if I was to put a sheet of plywood or foam on the table, I assumed its being clamped to the table some how?  Didn’t know if screwing it down or making a jig or something to keep it in place was happening?

Everyone does it different. I just use screws.
