Besides an un-leveled table I’m finding that cuts in Estlcam are coming out twice the size. I’m not sure where I messed up. Any ideas?

How are you controlling it, does 50mm in your controller move 50mm?

I’m running ramps 1.4 it seems to move 20 mm if I tell it to move 10 in repetier host

Are you running A4988 or drv8825? Firmware expexts 32 step microstepping of drv8825 but A4988 does 16 step microstepping which could produce this behavior.

If you’re using Ryan’s firmware with a Ramps, then you likely have the steps per mm too high.  Ryan’s firmware is based on DRV8825 drivers which can have 32 microsteps while the A4988’s only support a maximum of 16 microsteps.  So, in the firmware, change the steps per mm to half their current value and reflash.  Alternately, if you’re using repetier-host, you may be able to edit the EEPROM to accomplish the same thing.
