Sometimes things just fall in your lap.  I’ve been looking at building a new larger base for my mpcnc and then today one was delivered right to me

That is a great idea. A palette that is not too old should be able to handle one heck of a load and be relatively flat.

It fit all the right requirements, it’s a heavy duty plastic with a footprint of almost 4’x4′  and that should be about right for what I want to mill. Mp3dp, Arcade cabinet, And a few v carve signs

I like the plastic pallets, but damn are they heavy!  The formed chip board pallets are neat too, until they get wet.

Can’t be any heavier than a 3/4″ mdf torsion box, but yes if this gets wet it will still hold it’s form

Dang, someone had a BIG 3D printer in order to make that. 🙂
